The travel ban is an order that authority’s issue to prohibit a person from entering or leaving a country. It can be based on the court or police order for the protection of someone's interests. It is usually associated with a criminal investigation, debt failure or child custody.
Travel bans can also be associated with orders that prohibit all citizens of one country from entering another country. As soon as you choose your travel destination, check if you are allowed into the country to avoid unnecessary costs for travel fares and accommodation bookings.

Somalia is one of the countries which American travelers are advised not to visit for safety reasons. If you get a visa, still be careful not to break the local laws.
