World’s Most Unique Restaurants

Hey Jetsetters!

Restaurants don’t necessarily need to be Michelin starred to attract visitors. Some of them are so exceptional because of the food they serve or their unique settings that travelers shouldn’t miss the opportunity to have a meal there.

Check these out!

  • Ithaa Restaurant, Maldives
  • This 16-feet-below-sea-level restaurant is exceptional in location, design and delicious food. Only 14 guests can be seated at a time. You certainly don't have to swim to reach it – there is a spiral staircase. Perhaps the most amazing thing is the unmatching view of the fish and the reef during the meal.

  • The Disaster Café, Lloret de Mar, Spain
  • The restaurant with such a weird name can not possibly be a good idea, you can say. However, the Disaster Café is an interesting marvelously designed restaurant. Guests eating there will experience 7.8-Richter-scale simulated earthquakes. Certainly, they will be perfectly safe.

  • Bird’s Nest Restaurant, Thailand
  • The Bird’s Nest Restaurant in Soneva Kiri Eco Resort in Thailand is certainly one of the most unique world’s restaurants. Look it up and you will see its exclusive position – a genuine bird's nest. It is located 16 feet above the ground level. Besides delicious food, you should visit this marvelous place because of the spectacular view. A curiosity about the restaurant is that meals and drinks are delivered by a specially designed zip line.

  • The Labassin Waterfall Restaurant, Philippines
  • Delicious food is served on bamboo tables, but that is not what distinguishes this restaurant in San Pablo City. While dining there, visitors soak their feet in the water at the foot of the amazing waterfall.
